Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
*1lb pasta of choice, cooked according to package directions, drained
*1/2 C butter (You can use less and it still tastes good!)
*1 1/2 C grated fresh parmesan
*2-3 T light cream
*Salt and Pepper to taste (I never add pepper to mine)

1. Heat oven to 250 degrees.
2. While pasta is cooking, cut butter into several pieces and put in an oven-proof bowl. Place bowl in oven with door ajar.
3. Drain pasta when it is cooked al dente and take bowl out of the oven.
4. Put pasta in bowl and coat with softened butter. Add cheese and mix. Add cream, one T at a time, to help distribute cheese evenly. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.

My Review:
This is another recipe that came from my friend, Alicia. This has become a favorite in our home! It tastes so good and it is super easy to make. I will sometimes add yellow squash puree to make it healthier. Yummy!!
