Honey Dijon Salmon

Ingredients:
*2 T Dijon Mustard
*4 t Honey
*2 t fresh parsley, chopped
*1/4 C bread crumbs
*4 Salmon fillets (4-6oz)
*4 Lemon Wedges(for serving)

1.Preheat oven to 450.
2. In a small bowl, mix the mustard and honey.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and parsley.
4. Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish. Spoon the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
5. Bake 10 minutes for each inch of thickness, or until the fish is flaky.
Serve with lemon wedges.

My review:
My family is not big fish eaters. We don't have fish very often but both Adam(my husband) and Isaac(2 years old) tried the fish. Adam liked it, Isaac not-so-much but the more I serve fish the more he will get used to it.
It is definitely an easy dish to make and fairly healthy. I served it with green beans and white rice.
